Returns & Right of Withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

How to return

1. Email care@velura.eu with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. You receive the return address within 1 working day.
3. Pack items in the original dust bag with the hygienic strip intact.
4. Ship the parcel with any tracked carrier of your choice. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
5. Refund of the item price is issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of arrival at our warehouse.

Excluded from return

• Items with the hygienic strip removed or visible signs of wear.
• Personalised or made-to-measure bridal sets.
• Final-sale items marked "Last Pieces" or discounted more than 30%.

Exchanges

For a different size, please return the original piece and place a new order. The refund for the returned item is issued as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
