How long does delivery take?

Most pieces ship from our EU or US atelier warehouse within 2–4 working days of payment, with delivery in 7–15 working days depending on your country. You will see the exact estimate for your address at checkout, and a tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

When do I qualify for free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your subtotal (before tax) reaches €60. The discount is visible in the order summary before you pay — no code required.

Which carriers do you use?

EU orders are delivered by DHL, GLS or your local postal service depending on the warehouse fulfilling your order. US-fulfilled pieces ship with USPS / DHL eCommerce. Every shipment is fully tracked.

Is the packaging discreet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All orders ship in an unbranded outer envelope or box. The carrier label lists only Maison V. as the sender.

Will I pay customs duties or VAT?

Accepted Answer

Orders shipped from our EU warehouse include VAT and have no additional duties inside the EU. Orders fulfilled from the US warehouse to EU customers may occasionally trigger small import duties; we choose the EU warehouse whenever stock allows to avoid this.

What is the return policy on intimate apparel?

Accepted Answer

You may return unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons the original hygienic strip must still be in place and the dust bag and tags must be included. Bridal sets and items reduced more than 30% are final sale. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty.

Can I exchange for another size?

Accepted Answer

Yes — return the original piece and place a new order for the correct size. The refund for the returned piece is issued as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 working days. Card issuers and Klarna typically post the credit within a further 2–5 working days.
